Bill & Carol Smith Collection Melonite from Cripple Creek is one of the more uncommon telluride found. It never occurs in crystals, but instead in these pseudomorphs after bladed calaverite crystals. On a microscopic level, the pseudos are scattered with blebs of native gold.
