Wendy & Frank Melanson Collection There are several of these highly etched beryls in the collection. I personally prefer sharp crystals, but lots of people love them for their sculptural aspect. This morganite has excellent pink color and good luster. There are two damaged spots, but the nature of this habit is that damage is far less noticeable. Wendy and Frank got this one from the Joan and Bill Sanborn collection in 1989.
