A vivid display of fine copper on matrix, this specimen features a well centered four-point star of crystalline copper on a contrasting matrix of white drusy quartz. The copper has a dark antiqued patina, with distinct patches of lustrous bare metal. Well formed crystal faces accentuate the top of the specimen, creating a beautiful geometric form. Some have told me that the piece is reminiscent of an abstract bucking bull sculpture. This piece comes complete with a custom made Sunnywood base.
