Jim & Dawn Minette Collection Jim and Dawn Minette put together arguably the finest thumbnail mineral collection ever. We acquired the collection in 2008, but some fine specimens fell through the cracks and are still available. Keep in mind that Minette thumbnails often pushed the size envelope so they may not fit exactly into a 1 inch cube.

The Kamoya mine at Katanga redefined carrollite in the early 2000’s. The large crystal size, brilliant luster and array of crystal forms make for a truly world-class find.
