Over the last several years the mines near Zard in Balochistan, Pakistan have produced certainly the finest brookite specimens in the world.

This is one of my favorites. It is a fantastic specimen with several sharp lustrous reddish crystals with unusual squared-off terminations along with some coarse gemmy quartz crystals aesthetically arranged on a thin plate of white matrix. This specimen comes with a custom made Sunnywood lucite base.
